Shipping Policy

All items are shipped within 5-7 business days unless it is stated in the product description. All items are shipped by UPS ground delivery. Shipping is calculated at checkout of purchase. Unless stated differently in the product description. 

A different delivery service will ship some vintage furniture items. Please see product descriptions for additional details.  Please email for a shipping quote.

Return Policy

We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If, for some reason, you are not, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the item for store credit only for all in-stock accessories and textiles. Items must be postmarked within 14 days to be eligible for store credit, must be in new condition, free of stains or damages, and must have all original tags and packaging intact. If items are damaged or altered in any way, it will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer. 

Please email to start your return. Please provide your name, item number, and reason for return. We will respond to you within three business days.  

All original shipping charges are non-refundable. However, if your item is eligible for a return, it can be returned with a complimentary return label when you request a return within 14 days of receiving your purchase. You will receive the shipping label via email. Once your item is received, we will process your store credit. You will receive an email confirmation once we have received the items. Please allow 5-7 business days of receipt of the return for us to process your store credit. Store credit will be issued as a gift card and emailed to you. 

All in-stock furniture, vintage furniture and accessories, made-to-order, sale items, and custom orders are final sale and can not be returned. Since these items vary slightly in size, color, and pattern, please email if you want additional pictures or have any questions before purchasing. 

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit.

All rug returns will incur a 15% restocking fee, with the balance issued as store credit.

Damaged Items

We are happy to work with each customer until they are fully satisfied. Please notify us at within 48 hours of any damage or defect so our team can provide an effective and prompt solution. For damaged items, we allow returns for refunds if the item is shipped back to Us within seven days or less of purchase. If the item is sent back to us after this time frame, We will happily offer You a store credit. Items must be returned in their original packaging in their original condition. If an item is not received back in this condition, we reserve the right to offer you store credit instead of a refund or ship the item back to you for you to keep at our discretion.
