Shipping and Return Policies
All items are shipped within 7-14 business days unless it is stated in the product description. All items are shipped by UPS ground delivery. Shipping is calculated at checkout of purchase.
All items are final sale and not eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit. This includes vintage textiles, pillows, throws, linens, home decor, all custom orders, and all furniture. All rug returns will incur a 15% restocking fee, with the balance as store credit. Please also note that sale items are not eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit. Since items are handmade or vintage, all items are final sale and not eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit.
We are happy to work with each customer until they are fully satisfied. Please notify us at email@example.com within 48 hours of any damage or defect so our team can provide an effective and prompt solution. For damaged items, we allow returns for refunds if the item is shipped back to Us within 7 days or less of purchase. If the item is shipped back to Us after this time frame, We will happily offer You a store credit. Items must be returned in their original packaging in their original condition. If an item is not received back in this condition, We reserve the right to offer You store credit instead of a refund, or ship the item back to You for You to keep, at Our discretion.
